Nikki Trueblood
PresidentHi I’m Nikki, and I’m so excited to serve as your president! I’m super passionate about combatting climate change, and I hope we can make some positive changes in our school and community this year. The amazing, caring people are the best part of Local Leaders, so I can’t wait to work more with and learn from them. Some projects I’m excited about for next year are lead testing, reducing plastic in the lunch line, and propagating succulents to sell at Falcon Fest! In my free time, I love playing lacrosse, tending to my backyard beehives, reading, hanging out with my dogs, and spending time with friends and family.

Elyse Wohlenberg
Vice PresidentHi, my name is Elyse and I'll be serving as your Vice President during the 2020-2021 school year! I founded the FHS Local Leaders program back in 2019 and it has been incredible to see it grow throughout my time as an officer. I am also a dedicated member of the Green Team, where students and administration work together to make executive decisions about on-campus sustainability, such as the implementation of the tri-bin recycling system. Outside of school, I am a passionate track runner and volunteer through the National Charity League in my free time. In college, I aspire to study environmental conservation and ecology to create a greater impact through my work!

Rylee Galletti
TreasurerHi, my name is Rylee Galletti, and I am this year's Local Leaders treasurer. I am so excited to see what the future holds for our club. I hope to increase sustainability across our campus, while showing everyone the beauty of our Earth. Besides working with the club, my free time is spent reading, reading some more, and lastly reading!

Oonagh Connolly
SecretaryOonagh Connolly is the current secretary for Local Leaders. She has been an officer since the establishment of this club at the Foothill campus. Oonagh has a great passion for the environment and health as a whole. She believes that the condition of the world in which we live has a direct impact on human health and well-being. This year, Oonagh hopes to help others achieve healthier lives through working to better the environment, starting small with Foothill High School and the City of Pleasanton. In her free time, Oonagh enjoys running, playing the piano, and reading. She hopes to someday become a medical professional and continue to do work to help the environment.

Kayleigh Dennen
Communications/OutreachHello, my name is Kayleigh Dennen and I will be serving as the Communications, Outreach, and Public Relations chair this year. I am very passionate about the environment and hope to encourage sustainability in our community. I cannot wait to strengthen our club and see what we can accomplish this year by working as a team! Outside of my leadership roles, I like to hang out with my friends and participate in many sports like waterpolo, lacrosse, and swim. I am super stoked for next year!

Apoorva Hooda
Green Team LiaisonHi, I'm Apoorva and I'm excited for this next year! I'm extremely passionate about the environment and its wellbeing. I look forward to continue working on the bins and hopefully take on some more vital projects! Outside of this club, I'm also a part of the Foothill Green Team. In my free time, I love being in my backyard, reading, and baking!
